Order matters for contracts and applications, so the file list keeps the order you drop files in. Everything runs on our servers and the files are deleted automatically within two hours.
How it works

- Check the list and remove any file you do not need.
- Press Start, then download the merged PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a file limit?
Free users can merge up to 20 files per task with a 25 MB limit per file. Huge scans are the usual reason a merge fails — compress them first.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Not directly. Unlock them with the Unlock PDF tool first, then merge the unlocked copies.
Do bookmarks and links survive?
Page content and annotations are kept. Internal links between merged documents can break, because page numbers shift.
